Ingredients
2 cups white sugar
2 cups water
1 teaspoon lemon extract
1 1/2 teaspoons cream of tartar
Directions
In a saucepan combine sugar, water and cream of tartar. Heat until
sugar is dissolved but don’t boil. Remove from heat. Add lemon
essence and let mixture cool
